Alyssa Conducy, comes to REfocused Families with over 20 years of experience providing community based mental health and substance use disorder services. She operates from the belief that all people have an innate understanding of what they need to be well. Through life experiences people forget to listen and stop trusting their internal wisdom. As a coach, she loves partnering with people to remember and embrace actions that support creating their best life. Alyssa is the mother of 3 kids and focuses her free time on playing with them, beekeeping, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
Liz Harris (she, her, hers)
Senior Consultant, Former Early Childhood Business Owner, LPN
Lizzy Harris comes to REfocused Families with an extensive background in working for large and small corporations under Corporate Finance and Human Resources for over 15 years. After having her first child she opened an Early Childhood School. She received in depth early childhood training and certifications while balancing a business and a growing family. She has witnessed first-hand the struggles and challenges of balancing work, school, and a family. She saw other families struggling to find the same work life balance that she was also looking for. She sees the need for resources to support families so that they can accomplish that balanced life with work, school, and life. She continues to involve herself in advocacy groups that support businesses, communities, education, and families. She is the mother of 3 children and enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and sports.


Mike Zahner (he, him, his)
Special Education Teacher licensed in EBD, ASD, and ABS
Mike Zahner is a Special Education teacher in Saint Paul Public schools. He has been teaching Special Education to grades 9 to 12 for 12 year now. Mike is also licensed in Emotional and Behavioral Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Academic Behavioral Strategist. He has a passion for the diverse group of students he has worked with in that time and looks forward to continuing to serve his community and Refocused Families. While originally from WI, Mike is now a proud Minnesotan with his wife and 2 children.
Becky Forrest (she, her, hers)
BA, RN Case Manager
Becky Forrest, RN, BA, is excited to be a part of REfocused Families. Becky has been an RN in the hospital setting for 20 years and has been a Case Manager for 8 of those years. Helping families navigate their aging parents’ health concerns and the stress that can come with that is one of her passions. She feels that helping families transition as parents age in order to help them remain as independent as possible for as long as possible is extremely important. When the time comes to make changes for your loved ones safety and care she can help you navigate the very confusing systems and assist you in making informed decisions. Becky has two school age daughters and loves doing things with them as well as reading, running, working out and chocolate.


Ray Harris (he, him, his)
BA, MA Education, K-12 Special Education Teacher, Veteran
Ray Harris joins REfocused families as a licensed K-12 special education teacher with nearly 15 years of teaching experience in elementary, middle, and high school levels. In addition, he has experience in working with a wide array of disability areas and navigating a broad set of problems related to student success. He enjoys developing connections with students, helping them reach their potential, and assisting them in setting and achieving their goals. On top of teaching, Ray has worked as a Varsity head coach, a Varsity assistant, and a middle school head coach in a variety of athletic programs. Prior to becoming a teacher, Ray served 8 years in the Army including a tour in Iraq. Ray has 3 young children with his wife, Lizzy. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports of all kinds, and home improvement projects.
